I haven't seen the Honey-Coated Macadamias until now. As mentioned in an earlier post, every time I visit Hawaii, I like buying chocolate covered macadamia nuts. I also like to buy coffee in Hawaii particularly the Kona Coffee Blend local to the Hawaiian islands. Whenever I go to Hawaii for vacation, I always bring back the typical chocolate covered macadamia nuts. But, surprisingly, one thing I always get is coffee. Who would've thought that Hawaii was known for coffee? The island of Maui in particular has given us the Maui Coffee Roasters 10% Maui Blend Coffee. Costco sells this coffee in a 2 pound bag of coffee beans which would give you a few cups of coffee that you can bring back to the mainland. Because you get this coffee in bean form, Costco usually has a machine where the cash registers are where Costco members can grind their coffee beans into a fine powder as a convenience. The next time you're in Hawaii, have a taste of this coffee or buy some bags to take home for yourself of for friends/family. This coffee isn't readily available on the mainland, so take advantage of this good coffee when you're vacationing in Hawaii.

If you're a woman then this post definitely applies to you. Do you ever go to the beach, but sometimes feel a bit self-conscious wearing a swimsuit or bikini when not in the water? You can easily cover yourself up with an authentic sarong. It's a good thing Costco sells the Casual Movements Sarong. For those that don't know what a sarong is, it's a piece of clothing that wraps around your waist. You'll most likely see it being worn in Hawaii or other islands in the Pacific, and it's not uncommon for men to wear it too. Most of the time women wear the sarong over their bathing suit as a bottom. My wife says that their quite comfortable and keep you cool when hanging out at the beach. It sure is a lot better wearing one of these instead of walking in a surf shop or restaurant in a swimsuit or wrapped in a towel. The sarongs in Costco only come in one size, but there are various colors and designs you can choose from. That and they're quite inexpensive, so you can get several of them. You won't regret buying these since they're stylish to wear when you're at the beach.

Although this is the first time I've been to Maui, Costco is usually my first stop right after I land and get my rental car whenever I go to Hawaii. I always stock up on Hawaiian shirts at Costco anytime I vacation in Hawaii. There's always a whole rack of Cooke Street Men's Aloha Shirts at any Costco in Hawaii with varying sizes and designs that you can choose from. My wife hates it when I wear these shirts, but they are so comfortable and great to wear whether I'm running errands or just wearing around the house. I sometimes wear them for casual Fridays at work or any tropical themed get-together. In general I like these short sleeve, button-up collared shirts because they still keep me cool and are not as informal as wearing a t-shirt. Unlike most other Hawaiian shirts, these are not made in China and aren't as expensive as the Hawaiian shirts found in department stores like Macy's. They're actually made in Hawaii. Anytime I wear any of these Hawaiian shirts, I always think of beaches, warm weather, and vacation - happy thoughts that sometimes get me through the day. It's almost as if I'm bringing a little piece of Hawaii back with me to the mainland. You can't go wrong when they make you look cool and keep you cool as well.
