Get rid of those plastic water bottles containing BPA and other toxic substances and switch to stainless steel. I found the Contigo Brazos Stainless Steel Water Bottle 2 Pack at Costco the other day for a reasonable $22.99. I have used the Contigo coffee travel mug in the past and my biggest complaint was how difficult it was to clean the lid. Thankfully, the Contigo Brazos Stainless Steel Water Bottle comes with a lid cleaning brush and they’ve redesigned the lid so that it can be taken apart fairly easily so that you can clean the internal components. Just like the travel mug, the Contigo Brazos Stainless Steel Water Bottle comes with their Autoseal technology which seals the container in between sips. It’s basically a spring-loaded button that you press when you want to sip and let go when you’re done. Sounds basic but pretty handy. The bottle is supposed to keep water cool for 18 hours (similar to what the Hydro Flask water bottle does) but I have yet to test this out.
