Flocked Non-Slip Hangers (35 pack)

[Scroll down to view product info]

Say goodbye to those old, wire hangers that always seem to cut into your clothing and get bent out of shape when hanging a heavy sweater or coat when you can easily get a better quality hanger. Costco has a 35 pack of Flocked Non-Slip Hangers which will properly maintain the clothes in your closet. You can rest assure that you're hanging your clothes safely with these hangers since they're non-slip preventing your clothes from stretching. A pack of 10 similar hangers can easily go for about $7 at Target or Walmart, but getting good quality hangers at Costco is way more cost-effective. It goes to show that you don't need to spend a lot of money on a better quality hanger to help maintain your clothes. You won't regret getting these hangers when you find other inferior hangers ruining your clothes when you're not wearing them.

Has anyone suddenly developed allergies (sneezing) after purchasing these?

Hello @irvinecostcoshopper, I haven't had any allergies from the Flocked Non-Slip Hangers. But then again, I don't really get an allergic reaction from anything. I'm sure someone sensitive to allergies may have a different experience though.

Your allergy might come from the velvety dust that came off the hangers. I heard on other brands, we need to dipped it in water before using. Not sure how true that is. I will try to do that with mine tomorrow.

Hi @Ratna, I wouldn't have thought to dip these Flocked Non-Slip Hangers in water to remove the dust, but it's definitely worth trying if these hangers are indeed the cause of allergies. Thanks for the tip!

I purchased 14 boxes and I had 5-6 broken hangers, who do I complain to?~

Hello @Angelisa, you could always return your Flocked Non-Slip Hangers to Costco. Costco has a good return policy when it comes to defective products or any items you're not entirely satisfied with.

I live about 70 miles from Costco, I ordered online, if I was to drive there and bring my 5 broken hangers in what could I expected to happen?~

Oh I didn't realize that Costco was that far from you @Angelisa. Where I live, there are several Costco warehouses very close by, so doing a return is no big deal for me. Unfortunately, making a return at Costco will be a trek for you. For me personally, I wouldn't make that 140 mile round trip drive just to return five hangers, but I would just make a call to Costco and/or the manufacturer of the Flocked Non-Slip Hangers. They may be able to make things right for you without your having to drive a long distance or costing you anything extra. You never know. It might just work if you explain the situation. Good luck!

@Angelisa-- where did you purchase these online? Anyone else know? I cannot locate them on Costco website or in local store. Thanks!

Hi @Travelcat, it's been almost two years since I saw these Flocked Non-Slip Hangers at Costco since Costco does a very good job quickly changing the items for sale on the sales floor. I'm guessing though that these hangers will reappear at some point in the near future, so definitely keep an eye out for them (or at least something similar) at Costco hopefully sooner rather than later. If you still can't find them either at a warehouse location or on Costco's website, I'm sure online retailers like Amazon will carry something similar.

Thanks @ExecMemberMike. Great news! I visited my local store yesterday and found they have returned the hangers to their sales floor! VERY happy to say that I stocked up. I LOVE these hangers AND the Costco price!!!!

That's great that you were able to find some of these Flocked Non-Slip Hangers at a nearby Costco, @Travelcat! Now that you stocked up and got enough, that should last you awhile before having to get some more.
