Hi @Geoff, as mentioned in my post, I saw the Marks & Cohen Savoy 2 piece Leather Sectional Couch in the Costco in South San Francisco, CA (near the airport). So as of earlier this month (August 2015), that Costco did have it available. I'm not sure about other Costcos since inventory varies per location, so you'll still need to check the Costcos near you.
My local Costco (WI), has this item, and it's priced at $999 right now.
