What I like about the Landmann 42170 3 Burner LP Propane Gas BBQ Grill is that it’s big enough to cook up your favorites like steak, tri-tip, and pork chops. Yet, it won’t take up too much room especially if you have a small patio or backyard, thanks to the foldable side shelves. With summer just around the corner, you’re going to want to invite a few friends for a backyard bbq. You can then show off your cooking skills by searing some rib eye steaks. My old grill was a 4-burner + side burner, 50k BTU behemoth. I found that maintaining a low temperature, like for slow-cooking a roast, was difficult because the grill ran too hot. I figure a 36k BTU grill like the Landmann 3 Burner LP Grill would make temperature control more manageable. It also comes with a built-in thermometer to measure internal grill temperature. I would still recommend a separate thermometer with at least 2 probes, one for the food temperature and one for the inside of the grill, for more accurate measurements. Since the Landmann 3 Burner LP Grill is built with 304 grade stainless steel, it resists corrosion and will keep its shiny, new look which is important since most grills will be stored outdoors.
