My wooden deck and front entry way are about 20 years old. And it shows. The wood panels are bending, are faded because of the relentless sun, and creak like they are about to give way. I may have to think about replacing them with Neo Composite Deck Tiles from Costco. These look like real wood, or at least close enough, but more importantly…low maintenance. You will need to replace them less often and staining every few years isn’t necessary. Not to mention they are environmentally friendly since Neo Composite Deck Tiles are made of recycled materials. They have several styles available but these tiles were the closest to that wood look that I saw. Installation seems easier than nailing down wood panels. And they will age a lot better too since they don’t bend, split or warp.

Hello @hardhouse514, no I never got around to installing the Neo Composite Deck Tiles from Costco. We just haven't gotten around to it yet, but the deck tiles still seem like a pretty good idea for our patio.
Yes I installed it and I love it. It gave me peace of mind because I do not need to paint or stain my deck.
