Korean food is one of my favorite cuisines to eat. I just love Korean bbq and eating banchan side dishes along with it. If you're like me, then you'll enjoy eating Jongga Kimchi with your Korean food. I enjoy eating kimchi with bibimbap, kalbi, bulgogi, spicy tofu soup, and Korean fried chicken. Sometimes I'll even use it to make kimchi fried rice called kimchi bokeumpap. In addition, Jongga Kimchi is good by itself as well. The saltiness and spiciness of the gochugaru will for sure waken anyone's tastebuds. I would've thought that kimchi was only available at an Asian supermarket like Ranch 99, but you can now find a decent one at Costco. A similar-sized bottle of kimchi from Ranch 99 typically goes for at least $12. So if you haven't tried Jongga Kimchi, definitely give it a try the next time you go to Costco.
