WE need 5 soft casters to put on my husbands new gaming chair, he loves it, but without the soft casters we are going to ruin the new Carpet Mat. It says on the bottom of the chair...do NOT use this on a carpet mat...they are sold with only hard casters, and should not be used on a carpet mat. It says we can purchase them, but I went into the True Innovations.com and what a mess...only stores selling chairs. Now how do we get them, also the phone number provided did not work...PERIOD!!! Help if you can, as we need the soft casters for this chair. His chair is the green...PLEASE HELP US!

Hello @Cathy, I wonder if you can just get a generic set of soft casters from like an office supply store, hardware store, or Amazon. That may work for your True Innovations gaming chair and may be worth a try.
