If you've ever gone to Spain, you absolutely must try a piece of iberico ham. Trying to find an iberico ham here in the US can either be difficult or expensive or both. And don't bother sneaking one in your luggage, risk getting caught by customs, and being levied a very hefty fine. You may not be able to find an iberico ham, but Costco has a Noel Spanish Serrano Ham instead. A serrano ham may not be as good as an iberico jamone, but this cured meat will still give you a taste of Spain and it will sure be a lot better than an Oscar Meyer cold cut ham you would normally see at your grocery store deli. The stand allows you to easily carve slices out of your jamon, but even more importantly, it will feel like you're having tapas at a local bar in Spain. You can eat this Spanish delicacy as a snack, tapa, in a sandwich (ham and cheese sandwich anyone?...ok I know that's sacrilege), or as part of your meal.
