Staying cool as a cucumber can be tough when the temperatures go up come summer. This issue gets magnified if your home does not have an air conditioner unit. One alternative is to get the Blackstone Cascade Personal Fan from Costco. It's small enough that it doesn't take up a whole lot of space, yet powerful enough to keep you cool even if it's super hot. Not only that, but it's a good alternative to an air conditioner since it uses up less energy and you don't have to cool down an entire home when you can just use it to cool your room. It comes in a 2 pack, so you can put them in different rooms in your home or even bring one to the office for your desk. You won't regret getting the Blackstone Cascade Personal Fan when you're sweating bullets.

How can we turn off that really loud beeping?
The fan-part is quiet, but holy cow, just touch any button and the beeping wakes the whole house

The twin pack fans from Blackstone brand were great for months, but in Spring they both leaked some kind of black oily gunk from the pedestal where it turns. I wiped it up and now that fan stutters on turning, or just doesn't turn. The other one does oscillate, but when it completes the circle, it vibrates. Too late to return, they have been great, but I guess they only last a year before acting weird. Other than that they were great; nice and quiet.

Hello @Unknown, that's quite disappointing that both Blackstone Cascade Personal Fans that you got doesn't seem to work the way they're supposed to. Even after a year, you may be able to return them. Costco is pretty good when it comes to defective products or items that you're not totally satisfied with.
