I bought this set; music on it works nicely; microphone is placed to the side of the right ear muff, and does not pick up speech well; the microphone should face forward, toward the mouth. cup your hand near the mike and it is much better.
Hello @Huel, thanks for your valuable feedback with the 3M Worktunes Connect Wireless Hearing Protector. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes the direction where the microphone points towards in subsequent models to improve this product.
Out of the box and the blue light does not come on when I plug it into the PC USB port. I'll return it for a new set.
