A great way to highlight your home's best features is to add some spot lights like the Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights from Costco. Not only will they illuminate the outside of your house at night, but they can accentuate you home's key areas. For example, you can direct these Solar Spot Lights to the main entrance area or certain pathways. That way guests will know where to go if they come and visit. This can come in handy during Halloween when you trick-or-treaters make their rounds through the neighborhood trying to gather as much candy as possible. Not only that, but your guests will have an easier time getting to your front door without tripping over a step or rock particularly if you live in a dark neighborhood or your street lacks street lamps. Did you actually buy and try these? I bought six boxes. Out of those, I only got one light to work. They are all going back to Costco. Very disappointed.

Hello @John, I haven't had a chance to buy any Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights, but they did seem like a cool product when I first saw it at Costco. That is indeed quite disappointing that most of the lights that you got ended up being defective. It's a good thing Costco has a good return policy for times like this. I guess these lights were a good idea on paper, but ultimately leave something to be desired.

Mine aren't working either

Hello @Anonymous, that's terrible that your Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights aren't working either. Hopefully, the manufacturer can fix some of these issues with their lights sooner rather than later.

I bought one, assembled both the lights. One had a loose connection and work if the wire held in certain position. So returned it and
bought another one. While assembling it, found out that one light has no batteries at all. What a joke. Need to return it again. What's happening Costco?

Hello @Anonymous, ya Costco is usually known for having good quality products. I guess that's the reason why you can return pretty much any item that you're not completely satisfied with or that just doesn't work out as expected back to Costco. A lot of times the manufacturer doesn't do a good job with their quality control as is the case with your Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights that Costco is willing to accept the return and give a full refund.

I purchased 4 sets on April 1 and had 2 individual defects among 2 sets. Had to return. I wish they were made better. I set up the remaining lights and they work well so far.

Hi @Shelley, thank you for sharing your feedback with the Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights. That sucks that some of the lights were defective. I hope that the remaining lights that were ok stay that way and not give you any issues.

I purchased 3 set and they all worked perfect and three months later no issues! i'm in need of a few more sets. love them!!

I bought one set come to find out I can't even use them because the states they gave me for the lights are not the correct pieces and cannot be used. There's a flat top screw coming out of each, which is way to skinny to fit into the end at the light. I looked at the directions and it's clearly not the same item. I guess I'll be bringing these back.

Hello @Unknown, I'm glad to hear that the Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights are totally working out for you. That's great that you want more too!

Hi @Anonymous, that's really odd that your Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights came with the wrong parts. I guess you just got a bad apple. Ya definitely return it since you can't use them as they are now.

can I return them with out a box?

Hello @A_Files, I've never actually returned anything to Costco without the original packaging, but Costco tends to have a very good return policy when it comes to returns. I've heard of instances where people have returned like 22 rolls of toilet paper out of the 30 that was in the entire pack or a box of fruit where half the fruit is already missing. It never hurts to try to do a return without the box for the Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights especially if you have the receipt. Good luck!

I purchased 2 boxes. 1 box doesn't work. I thought they would be perfect but only stayed lit for not even an hour. I too don't have the box.

Hi @Anonymous, that's disappointing that 1 box of Naturally Solar LED Spot Lights didn't work. If you end up returning that defective set to Costco, let us know how it goes. It'd be interesting to hear whether Costco does indeed accept returns without the box.
