If you have a desk job, then you know all about getting a comfortable chair so you're able to be productive and free of pain when sitting down. What's important to me is finding a chair with adequate lumbar support. The True Innovations True Wellness Active Lumbar Chair at Costco gives me that support that I'm looking for at a reasonable price. It's also made of soft, bonded leather so you get a quality chair that is easy to clean. With adjustable height and flip-up adjustable arms, you can change the chair to your liking. At work, we have those mesh swivel chairs that are very comfortable but are super expensive too...not exactly a cost-effective solution for my home office. With the True Innovations True Wellness Active Lumbar Chair, you get a quality, comfortable chair without breaking the bank.

This is an active lumbar office chair. The lumbar retracts when you rock backwards. It literally disappears. I have a lower bad back and I need lumbar support on a constant basis I don't need it to retract. I definitely do not recommend the active lumbar 4 people with bad backs

Thanks @Unknown for letting us know that the lumbar retracts when you rock back on the True Innovations True Wellness Active Lumbar Office Chair. I'm sure many of those considering this chair were unaware of this feature...and there's definitely a lot of us out there who do have back issues, so this additional information will be helpful.

I guess it depends on the individual. I found that this chair has completely eliminated the pain and discomfort I had been feeling in all other office chairs. I would highly recommend True innovations active lumbar chair to anyone who has to work 8+ hours a day sitting at a desk. Best purchase I've made in a long time, and very satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback, @Anonymous. That really is great to hear that the True Innovations True Wellness Active Lumbar Office Chair was able to help with your back issues. Yes, just like everything else in life, each person has their own individual experience with really anything. In this case, a chair. It just depends on the unique situation, personal preference, or just how you or your body reacts to something. Everybody is different.

I purchased one of these chairs, it never sat level from side to side, the arms and seat of the chair have split and look awful. I would not recommend this chair
