I just purchased this product and can't wait to return. This product is absolutely horribly made. Dishes don't fit in slots. You can only fit glasses in the holder on every other slot. Did anyone test this product with real dishes vs how pretty it looks?
Hello @Unknown, that's quite disappointing to hear that the Sabatier Premium Dish Rack with Soft Touch Wires just doesn't hold your dishes all too well. Ya, you should definitely return it if it's not working out for you. You shouldn't have a problem returning it for a full refund at Costco.
Works for me. Not perfect but not bad.
