Hello @Mitchell, that's awfully disappointing to hear that your Samsonite Rooftop Cargo Carrier easily fell apart. I would definitely expect more from a well-known company like Samsonite. It's a good thing Costco has a pretty good return policy when it comes to products you're not completely satisfied with.
Not waterproof!! All our luggage and clothes, shoes, etc were wet when we got to our destination. Zipper broke as well...terrible product. Returned to costco immediately.

Hello @New_yorker, thank you for sharing your experience with the Samsonite Rooftop Cargo Carrier. That's just unacceptable that the carrier was not waterproof at all. I guess the material was just not high quality enough. I'm glad that you returned it to Costco.
