Any way to find out how much this weighs? Thinking of a wood deck.
Hello @Little Dabs of Color, I don't have the exact weight of the Stretto Ceramic Planter. It looks as though it could be maybe 30 or so pounds? Whatever it's weight, if a Costco pallet board can hold it, then surely a home's wooden deck would be more than sufficient to hold its weight.
Hello @Unknown, I only happened to spot the Stretto Ceramic Planter at the Costco in Redwood City, CA, so I'm not sure of its availability in other Costco locations. I hope you're able to find six more of these though. Good luck!
Do they still make this??? Im desperatly looking for theblue ones
Hello @Nina, it's been almost a year since I've seen the Stretto Ceramic Planter at Costco. However, you may want to keep an eye out for it in the next few months when spring and summer come along and when Costco gets more garden and patio type inventory. This usually occurs towards the end of winter. The Stretto Ceramic Planter may be a seasonal product and Costco does a very good job cycling through their products, particularly seasonal ones. One day you'll see a certain item, and before you know it, it's gone. It can be a few months before you see it (or something similar) again at Costco. I hope this hleps and good luck!
Anyone have experience leaving these outdoors in winter? We get well below freezing for months at a time. The planters say they're OK in the cold but I'm unsure about it.
Hello @Unknown, sorry I can't really say how the Stretto Ceramic Planter will hold up when it's freezing outside. Over here in the San Francisco Bay Area, it never gets that cold. We consider it too cold when the temperature drops to 60° F outside.
