I went to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar recently and I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting much from a restaurant chain. But after ordering the filet and sampling the salmon, I have to say they make some really good food. I’m more of a ribeye steak person but the filet just melted in your mouth…great flavors, super tender and very juicy. The salmon was very flavorful as well without being overly sweet.
