I bought at Costco and found that the hanging cables, screws, extension pull and instructions were all missing.
FEIT customer service was unable to provide the missing items. Buyer beware !
Hello @Anonymous, that's just terrible to hear that your Feit Electric LED Utility Shop Light didn't come with any of the hardware that would normally go with it, and it sucks even more that their customer support couldn't even help at all. Hopefully, it was just an isolated case for the particular box that you grabbed from Costco. I'm thinking maybe it was a returned item.
