For all you cord-cutters out there comes the latest from Apple…the Apple TV 64GB 4th Generation. What started out as a mere project product, I’m glad to see that Apple is putting more attention to the Apple TV which was long due for a product refresh. Following what they did with the iPhone and iPad, Apple is finally opening up the Apple TV to third party developers. So we should expect to see a lot more apps available for the Apple TV compared to previous generations. I like to use Plex as my media server software but hesitated to buy Apple TV because of lack of Plex support. But Plex recently announced that they will have an app for the Apple TV coming soon. So I think it’s time to treat myself to an early Christmas present by buying the 4th Generation 64GB Apple TV.
