Can you believe that it's only mid-November and there's already several feet of snow up in Lake Tahoe? After a few years of drought and dry winters, we finally lucked out on El Nino for the 2015-2016 snow season, so definitely take advantage of the upcoming wet winter and cold weather with 2 Adult Lift Tickets for Sierra at Tahoe ski resort. Individual, single-day lift tickets normally run you close to $100, so you might as well save some money by buying it at Costco. You'll have a few extra bucks and be able to enjoy the fresh powder. That and these lift tickets don't have blackout days unlike most other discounted lift tickets. There's always something for everyone at Sierra at Tahoe whether you're a casual skier who enjoys going down the long Sugar 'N Spice run, a daredevil snowboarder who spends the day at the terrain park, or just a beginner learning on the bunny slope. You'll no doubt have a lot of fun at Sierra at Tahoe where you can spend the day up in the mountains and then hang out in the casinos in South Tahoe gambling in the evening. I know I can't wait to head up to the mountains. I'll see you up there! If you are headed to North Tahoe instead, then you may be interested in this deal at Diamond Peak ski resort.

is sales tax charged on this item?

Hello @Unknown, I've bought ski lift tickets from Costco in past seasons and there was never any sales tax, so the final price of the Sierra at Tahoe 2 Adult Lift Tickets would still be $135.99 under that assumption. If there were indeed a sales tax, maybe it's already included in the $135.99 price which would also be the case if you bought lift tickets at the resort itself where they normally display the final, after tax price. I hope this helps!

No. Sales of lift tickets are nontaxable in CA.

Hi @Anonymous, thank you for clarifying. Prices for lift tickets in CA are the final price and are not taxed.
