I bought mine 7 months ago. Working Good. Until yesterday for some reason it would turn on would not close automatically I change the batteries but still the same thing.
It will only close automatically Akley after I push the open close button where it turns the lid off and I push the little white button again then it would close . But that's not right.
can someone help me
Hello @No_bull, that's definitely a bummer that your Nine Stars Automatic Trash Can stopped working after seven months. It might be easier to return it instead of trying to troubleshoot it. If you bought it at Costco, you can always return it for a full refund. Costco has a pretty good return policy for products that are defective or that you're not completely satisfied with.
