I wish CostCo carried the air filters for this product. I can only find them at EnvionProducts.com. One filter is $39.95 Plus 9.95 shipping. This filter is paper and not re-usable.
Hi @Anonymous, ya it'd be great if Costco also sold the air filters for the Envion Allergy Pro 450 Air Purifier. That's the thing with Costco - they're selection often times is limited.
I'm confused, every review that I've read say they have to replace the filter, but from what I've read, I understand that I only have to vacuum the filter to clean it. There is nothing mentioned about filter replacement.
Hello @Lisa, the owner's manual for the Envion AP450 indicates that replacing the filter is part of the routine maintenance if there is reduced air flow or poor filtering. You can find this information on the main Envion website. I hope this helps.
Always some way to get your money. The envion site is awful as is their customer service. I was told my filter was on back order. When I asked how long, he couldn't say...months, I said....maybe. Great company with the most incompetent customer service I have ever encountered. Other than that the product is fine, just don't get it dirty!!

waste of money ... need the replacement filter for pollen seasons not after. Put order 5 weeks ago and have not received the item or any communication indicating it is on backorder, out of stock, discontinued, etc... no after market filter available for it either.

The replacement filters are almost impossible to get- the company you have to order them from is running a scam. Paid for it 6 weeks ago and after several calls I still don't have the filter!
