I hate to admit, but I know nothing about wine. Whether it's white wine or red wine, pino noir or pino grigio, all I know is that I like drinking it - but I'm no wine connoisseur. I've always known that Costco has a pretty good selection of wines which most people are not aware. Costco has this promotion for people like me who don't know much about wine. You save $15 instantly when you buy 6 750 ml bottles of wine. You are limited to certain brands as listed below in this promotion, but you end up saving $2.50 per bottle of wine. This is great for people like me because it allows me to sample and taste different brands of wine without having to spend too much like if I went wine tasting in Napa. You'll end up saving some money while trying different bottles. This comes in handy if you don't know much about wine, and are still looking for a particular bottle that you like. If you already have a
wine cooler, then you can definitely use this promotion to stock up.

I tried to buy 6 different bottles of these exact wines one of each of the six shown and was told that I had to buy 6 of the same wine. It does not say that on the sign.
Hello @Anonymous, hmmmmm that's kind of strange. I was always under the impression that you can mix and match from the selected bottles of wine when taking advantage of the save $15 when buying six bottles of wine promotion from Costco. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to expect customers to buy six bottles of the same wine. That and it clearly doesn't indicate that you have to do so. I wonder what would happen if you happen to try building your own six pack at another Costco location or to just try again at that same Costco warehouse. I'm hoping that the person you spoke to was mistaken and that this is just an isolated incident; otherwise, I'll be the one mistaken and with egg on my face.
