Can this be used as a cutting board?

Hello @Jessica, yes you could use these Denmark Acacia Serving Boards as a cutting board. I have something similar that I use to serve cheese and it works well when cutting and slicing small pieces of food like cheese, fruits, etc. I doubt it'll hold up if you want to hack away at a big piece of meat with a cleaver, but for smaller items it should be sufficient.
